Patricia Hastie-lane, executive vice president Patricia Hastie-lane joined Opus Search Partners, Inc. in 2005 to lead search assignments in healthcare and higher education. She recently managed several searches in design and construction at New York-Presbyterian Hospital. Prior to joining Opus, Pat spent 20 years in private practice as a psychotherapist evaluating and treating clients for a range of clinical conditions. Additionally, she specialized in providing emergency response to businesses experiencing workplace crises. As an instructor, she taught in a graduate social work program and presented at many conferences on the topics of trauma response, grief reactions, and workplace crises and stress. Clinically licensed in the state of Pennsylvania, Pat has a Bachelor of Social Work from Temple University and a Masters in Social Service from Bryn Mawr College. She has attained an LCSW, an ACSW, and a BCD, advanced certifications and licensure in clinical social work, and is a member of the International Society of Traumatic Stress Specialists. A longtime resident of Philadelphia, Pat is involved in many community initiatives. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, and a Founding Partner of Globalislocal, a partnership of women leaders investing in the empowerment of women and children living in poverty throughout the world. Most recently she was appointed by the Chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association to serve a three-year term on the Investigative Division of the Commission on Judicial Selection and Retention. |
