Sarah joined Opus Search Partners as an Associate in 2007 and works on a variety of search assignments in higher education, foundations and in academic healthcare.

Sarah has extensive experience in nonprofit administration, fundraising and program development. Prior to joining Opus, she served as the Director of The Kinship Institute at Philadelphia Society for Services to Children (PSSC). As Director, she helped develop the newly created Institute, built a strong advisory committee, and played a leadership role in organizing regional advocacy efforts on behalf of grandparents raising grandchildren. In addition to working with local and state-wide legislators and advocates to shape policies and legislation, Sarah coordinated conferences and trainings, and developed resource guides and newsletters for grandparent caregivers, service providers, advocates, funders, and the media. Previously, Sarah was the Director of Development for PSSC and held fundraising positions at Bryn Mawr College and The Franklin Institute.

Sarah graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from New York University, and earned her Master's in nonprofit management at Rosemont College.
